⏱️ Additional Coverage
You can easily add extra hours to any photobooth package! Additional time is billed at your package's base hourly rate plus a peak-time fee:
- Weekdays (Mon–Thu): Base rate + $50/hr
- Weekends (Fri–Sun): Base rate + $75/hr
💡 How it works: If your weekend package rate is $100/hour, any additional hours needed will be billed at $175/hour ($100 base + $75 weekend fee).

I currently do not have a portable generator, however, I am working to obtain one!

What happens if I need to change my date or cancel?
Standard Operating Procedures
Booking & Cancellation Policy
1. Reservations & Payments
• Retainer Fee: A 50% non-refundable/refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. This ensures the date is held exclusively for you.
• Final Balance: All remaining payments must be settled in full no later than 3 days prior to the event date.
2. Standard Refund Policy
• For bookings we require 14 days notice, clients are entitled to a full refund (including the retainer) if the cancellation is requested within 7 days of the initial booking date.
3. Cancellation & Rebooking Credits
If a cancellation occurs outside of the standard refund window, the following terms apply:
• Cancellations (6 Days to 3 Days Notice): The 50% retainer is kept by the business; however, the client will receive a 12-month credit in the amount of that retainer to be used for a future booking. Any payments made above the 50% retainer amount will be refunded.
4. Credit Terms
• All credits are valid for exactly 12 months from the original event date.
• Rebooking is subject to current schedule availability.
• Credits are applied to the dollar amount of the new booking at the current market rate.
Note: This policy is designed to protect our professional schedule while providing clients with flexibility and value in the event of unforeseen changes.
Do you offer additional add-ons?
Yes I do! I provide many different items, for a fun filled evening!
Will there be an attendant on site?
Yes! There will always be an attendant.
When do you set up for the event?
I show up to the event at least 1 to 1.5 hours ahead, to make sure everything is set up perfectly for the client. I do my best to provide a stress free environment.
When does the time start?
The time starts at the time of the agreed time of the event. I show up early to set up, for my clients peace of mind as well as mine.
Do you offer custom overlays or branding?
Absolutely. We can match your event colors, theme, fonts, or branding. You can also send a logo, and we’ll design a custom overlay that feels cohesive and professional.
How much space and power does the photobooth require?
The Photobooth Guild requires a 8x8 foot space for the best guest experience, we do provide a 25+ foot power cable, we also offer Gaffers tape for safety, to prevent any accidents.
How do guests receive their photos?
Guests can instantly share their photos via text, email, or QR code. After the event, you’ll receive a full gallery link with all captures. Depending on the photobooth package, the gallery will be available for 30, 60, or 90 days.
Do you offer printing?
Yes! Instant printing is available as an add‑on, or by photobooth package.
How much do you charge for a retainer fee?
I require a 50% retainer fee.
